After taking a few days to recharge her battery, Kim Kardashian is back in her native Los Angeles rocking her usual outrageous, head-turning fashions.

On Thursday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star arrived at the Andaz Hotel in Hollywood, clad in an oversized Jahanaara fur vest, a white Gold Hawk blouse, Citizens Of Humanity jeans and tan suede boots.

She wore her long hair in a side fishtail braid and accessorized with a navy Rag & Bone hat and a cuff bracelet by Yves Saint Laurent.

Seeing as the hem of the mammoth vest met the top of her over-the-knee boots, the 5-foot-2 reality star looked overwhelmed by the jumbo article of clothing. Made from Mongolian lamb fur, the piece also comes in red and sells for $1,605, at jahanaara.com.

@Ashley: I think PETA cares less about animals and more about money, however, I did look up this gift and it is a faux fur throw that was a donation from another company. I suppose it was a hint to the carcass wearer that she doesn't need to support cruelty.
PETA sent her a wedding gift, so they really don't give two shyts about her wearing fur! And yes, I saw the gift. I'm sure it's on google.

Where's PETA when you need 'em. Ms Kim needs to watch some videos on how animals raised for fur are abused, tortured, etc. especially the ones in China. And, like most business in the US, much of the fur trade has been outsourced to China to save money. Conditions there are unbelievably horrible. Some animals have their necks broken and are not even really dead when their "skinning" begins. I cried buckets when I watched some of these videos. I have never worn fur and I never will. Have stopped leather (shoes and purses) as well. It's just my choice and my opinion.

Kim decided to go shopping with Indiana Jones and Jennifer Lopez, she purchased the wrong clothes and ended up in west hollywood with her gay following. Her poor decisions were corrected when she ended up in bed with me at the end of the evening. Best-I suggest silk not suede, stop pretending to be a gay dude and go on a real date with me.

Nice going, Kim, someone killed a baby sheep so you can keep warm in a temperate climate. When will stupid rich people realize that they don't need to wear the coat of a cruely killed animal and only wear fur/leather that is a by-product of the food industry? Perhaps if Kim got her head out of her a$$ and thought about something other than money, makeup and fashion she would see that she is supporting a cruel trade.
