Leighton Meester has Us sold on the Jimmy Choo Spring 2015 collection, showcased through an impeccable style diary, photographed by Eric Ray Davidson over the Hollywood Hills, for the brand’s website.
Bringing on the jittery shopping vibes first is a breton striped sleeveless top with bright yellow pants, as the Gossip Girl alum, 28, carries the Alba bag in one hand and the Dreya shoes in another.
Meester, who married actor Adam Brody in 2014, dished on what shapes her personal style. “It varies, which is what I find most fun about getting dressed for an event. I like to experiment and change depending on the mood, but comfort is most important to me.”
But when she’s off duty, she takes comfort to a whole different level. “Jeans and tees, jumpers, jean jacket, comfortable long skirt, and a sweater,” she said.
Another outfit shot features the budding musician lounging in a retro-inspired brown dress and wearing the strappy Wylde sandals.
“I just got back from a tour for Heartstrings, my first record. I played in nine cities and now planning on another leg for more shows,” Meester told the brand. “It has been a really great experience traveling with my music.”
The actress went retro glam, courtesy of a white long-sleeve dress, and in another shot, opted for and edgier look via a blue jumpsuit with yellow sandals.
In the midst of managing both a music career and a film career, Meester offered her top tip for keeping it all together. “The most important aspect of emotional well-being for me is getting enough rest,” she said. “I go to sleep and wake up early, and rest when I need, which is important in staying healthy when you have a hectic schedule. “
