She can't stop! Miley Cyrus made her grand entrance at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) in Amsterdam on Nov. 10 paying tribute to two fallen music legends. In a lace-up dress featuring images of deceased rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac, Cyrus walked the red carpet, pairing the look with black and white checkered boots that went up above her knees.
Almost all of the singer's back was exposed with the two rappers' faces placed over her butt with the message, "Please Stop Violence" stretching around her waist.
The 20-year-old "Wrecking Ball" singer will be performing at the awards show less than three months after her infamous MTV VMA performance at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
The former Disney star's new risque image has brought much criticism after she twerked all over the VMA stage, rubbing Robin Thicke with a giant foam finger during her performance.
But Cyrus continues to claim that she's living a dream life, telling Matt Lauer on The Today Show in October, "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my whole life," and with good reason. Her album Bangerz debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.
