Talk about snapping back!
It was just five weeks ago that Gone Girl actress Rosamund Pike gave birth to her second child, and the actress is already back to sporting revealing evening wear.
Pike, 35, hit the red carpet at the 2015 Golden Globes Awards in Beverly Hills on Sunday, Jan. 11, wearing an ethereal ivory silk tulle Vera Wang gown with two side-cutouts that showed off the actress’ toned tummy. She paired the elegant ensemble with Brian Atwood pumps and simple studded earrings.
“Vera Wang said, ‘I know what to do with you right after you had a baby; just leave it to me,'” Pike said of her one and only designer choice.
The Best Actress nominee wore her blonde hair down with a sleek, deep side part (styled with Oscar Blandi products) and paired it with warm-neutral makeup.
Pike and her longtime partner, Robie Uniacke, welcomed a son on Tuesday, Dec. 2, and it was her first time at the star-studded award show.
“It didn’t sink in until the moment I turned onto the carpet. I thought, ‘my gosh, I’m here,'” Pike said. “I had a baby five weeks ago so I’ve been in a completely other zone. And then I was overwhelmed. I teared up a little bit. It’s an emotional moment.”
The British actress is already mom to 2-year-old son Solo.
