Scarlett's hair is now close-to-scarlet, too!
On Saturday, Scarlett Johansson became the latest Hollywood actress to go red. The normally blonde, sometimes brunette actress, 26, showed off a new hue at the White House Correspondents' bash in Washington, D.C.

It's not the star's first foray into fiery-colored locks: She showed off red hair in 2009, as part of her role as The Black Widow in Iron Man 2. See more photos of Scarlett's new hue.

Indeed, the back-to-red 'do is for her return as that same character in The Avengers, the all-star comic book flick with Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans and others, which starts shooting next month.
At her side for the political evening: Her man Sean Penn, 50.

It seems that all of Hollywood is going red lately: Blake Lively, Drew Barrymoore, Mandy Moore, Whitney Port and, briefly, Khloe Kardashian have all tried cinnamon-hued hair.
