Modern Family star Sofia Vergara is not totally opposed to plastic surgery, but she does draw the line.

"L.A. is crazy. The women all look the same now," the Emmy nominee, 38, tells Esquire magazine. "That thing with the cheeks. Like Madonna. Who do they think they're fooling? It doesn't make them look young. You end up looking like a freak."

Vergara admits she may one day tweak her eyes. She also once considered a breast reduction, but her mom talked her out of it by telling her, "God is going to punish you if you cut them."

I agree with Sofia completely, it's become way to hardcore as of late. People need to STOP. And realize they look FINE they way they ARE. Everyone DOES look the same, and it's terrible, and so incredibly terrible. Christ, people's shallowness has gotten terribly out of hand, and she's entitled to her opinion.

Can't ppl express themselves without specifically targeting someone else. Cosmetic surg. is a personal choice. If it doesn't work for u, don't do it. Most things can be ok if done in moderation. They're both attractive.
I would kill to look like Sofia! she is so gorgeous and if you look at old pictures of her, totally natural except she is naturally blond. Madonna does look like a freak, but I have to agree that prob Sofia was mis-quoted or mis-understood due to the language barrier
