Store Auctioning Necklace Lindsay Allegedly Stole

Steal Lindsay's look! Or more aptly, bid on it.
Kamofie and Co is making plans to auction off the $2,500 necklace that Lindsay Lohan, 24, allegedly stole from their L.A. store on January 22.

"We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction and give the proceeds to charity," a rep for the store told TMZ. "We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds."

The company says the bidding will not occur until after the criminal case is resolved. Currently the necklace is in the L.A. County District Attorney's office as evidence.

Lohan has until Thursday to decide if she wants to take the prosecution's plea bargain or try her luck at a trial.
