Steal Lindsay's look! Or more aptly, bid on it.

Kamofie and Co is making plans to auction off the $2,500 necklace that Lindsay Lohan, 24, allegedly stole from their L.A. store on January 22.

"We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction and give the proceeds to charity," a rep for the store told TMZ. "We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds."

The company says the bidding will not occur until after the criminal case is resolved. Currently the necklace is in the L.A. County District Attorney's office as evidence.

Lohan has until Thursday to decide if she wants to take the prosecution's plea bargain or try her luck at a trial.

This store is screwing themselves. Selling the video tape and now selling the necklace for PUBLICITY will get LiLo off. I do not believe this store's story at all bc of their shady behavior. LiLo has done alot but I believe her on this. Why else would the store be doing these things unless they wanted PUBLICITY in the first place?
