In her days as Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Jessica Parker has sported some seriously high-volume hair -- especially in the earlier seasons of Sex and the City where she's mostly a mess of free-flowing curls.

During a press conference in Taipei, Taiwan on Saturday, Parker channeled her inner Bradshaw and styled her blonde strands into a lioness-like mane.

She paired her larger-than-life 'do with a bright coral Diane von Furstenberg Resort 2012 frock and black Roger Vivier sandals.

But despite being daring enough to wear velvet shoes in the middle of summer, the 46-year-old actress insists that she's not a footwear fiend.
"Bradshaw's life is nothing like mine," Parker told Us Weekly. "I loved playing her, and it changed my life in lots of...ways, but I'm not a crazy shoe lady!"
