There are such things as "chin piercings". They're usually called surface piercings, no matter what part of the body they're on. You can pierce nearly any part of your body as long as there is flesh there. I'm more concerned about the pounds of makeup this girl wears everywhere - she looks like a clown whether she's on stage or not!
