Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose made a rare TV appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Oct. 24 — his first in 20 years.

The famously temperamental rock star was in an uncharacteristically jovial mood, sharing his favorite Halloween memories and handing out Tommy's Burger Truck gift certificates to the studio audience.

Rose also fielded questions from Twitter users. "If you could go back and re-do a year, which year would you pick?" one asked. The rocker paused for a moment before replying, "It'd be somewhere within the last five or six. I kind of have a little more fun now." Rose also joked about his past hairstyles.

The interview was meant to promote the band's upcoming residency at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The band — known for hits like "Welcome to the Jungle," "November Rain" and "Sweet Child O' Mine" — endured several lineup changes throughout the '80s and '90s.  Rose, 50, famously declined an invitation to join his former bandmates when Guns N' Roses was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April 2012.

Perla Hudson, wife of ex-lead guitarist Slash (born Saul Hudson), was one of millions who tuned in for the Oct. 24 telecast — and it would seem the feud between the bandmates is as strong as ever.

"I was waiting for something enlightening and all I got was promotion for a show and his evident affinity for a chili burger," Hudson tells Us Weekly exclusively. "Where is the love Axl? And I stayed up for this? Sex, drugs and chili dogs. Long live Axl Rose. And a Halloween tree."

During his interview, Rose introduced the band's current lineup: original keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarists Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, DJ Ashba and Richard Fortus, bassist Tommy Stinson, drummer Frank Ferrer and keyboardist Chris Pitman.

"And of those guys, which one is going to be the first to go?" host Jimmy Kimmel joked.

"Probably Pitman," Rose said, smiling.

Hudson, however, wasn't laughing. "He's had a Slash, a Buckethead and a Bumblefoot and evidently way too many Tommy's chili burgers!" she seethes to Us. "Hope there were some left for the audience!"
