Next up for the reality TV hunk is a stint on season 20 of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, and then it's back to the farm in Arlington, Iowa, with his lovely bride-to-be! Us Weekly caught up with the couple in a conference call on Tuesday, March 10, and got the scoop on Bischoff's plans to join the Soules family business.

"I think I'm going to wait and figure it out," the 29-year-old fertility nurse told reporters during the call. "I did talk to his mom during the hometown…about what part she plays in the business and what she thinks I can do, so I'm ready to get there and to help in any way I can. I don't know that we'll know until we get there what that really means."

Her husband-to-be has a few ideas. "I personally know that there are a lot of opportunities in our business — there are a lot of personal relationship aspects along with the agriculture side," Soules said, noting that he thinks Bischoff will be especially helpful when it comes to establishing a good rapport with the people involved in their daily operations.

"She's organized and detail-oriented, which is important in any business, and I am not," he added, "so that's something where she can help compensate for my lack of organization and detail-orientedness, if that's a word."

In any case, Bischoff is ready and willing to do her part, whatever it may be. "I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty," she shared. "It's something that's so passionate in Chris that I want to make part of my life as well."

Soules, for his part, couldn't be happier to have her by his side. "I'm excited to have her be a part of what I'm doing, what my family does…It's not only that I love agriculture, but that it's a family business," he said during the call. "My mom and dad are involved, my cousin's involved…Whatever she can bring to the table is exciting. She's a very talented and driven person."
