On Sunday's premiere of Kate Plus 8 on TLC, the single reality mom took her brood to Discovery Cove in Orlando, Fla.. (The park had invited the family to frolic with dolphins, stingrays and other wildlife -- while cameras rolled -- for the sextuplets' sixth birthday.)

Flaunting her impressive abs in a bikini top, Kate, 35, had a too-close encounter with some feathered friends in this clip.

As birds flock to feed from Gosselin's hand -- and her kids give her "moving worms" -- she becomes frazzled.
