Last month, UK's Daily Mail reported that singer Cee Lo Green, 36, turned down a gig on Simon Cowell's new talent contest, The X Factor, but a rep for the show tells UsMagazine.com that's not the case.

"A meeting with Cee Lo did take place and the show was discussed, but he was never offered a role," says the rep.
