The Dancing with the Stars season 13 celebrity and pro airings were announced Wednesday morning on ABC's Good Morning America.
Karina Smirnoff told Us Weekly exclusively: "I love the cast this season! It's so diverse and dynamic, I couldn't be any happier with my partner JR [Martinez]. It's a pleasure and an honor to dance with him. I can't wait for the season to start, I have a feeling he is going to be someone to watch out for."

Maybe they should rename this show, Dancing with the losers! LOL
I never took this show seriously to begin with. It is a "girlie show". Never the big money makers. I understand Kate Gosselin ending up with over $200,000, hysterical.
What happened to Jodie Sweetin ? I thought she was dancin this year.

maybe that's why there are not more high profile stars...not enough money for them? Don't get me wrong, I'm excited about this cast, but they definitely not the big money makers of Hollywood!
I was always curious how much these contestants get paid, here goes..."The Stars get paid $125,000 for the first 2 episodes and then $20,000 for each week thereafter . They also get an addition $50,000 bonus if they make it to week nine of the competition. So it works out to a maximum of $245,000 after it is all said and done which is not all that much considering how much the ABC and the Advertisers make off the show"
