“We’re going to pick your vice president,” Ellen DeGeneres explained of the game that would swap one person for another until they were left with one winner. “This is helpful,” Clinton, 68, joked.

Tony Goldwyn, who plays the fictional president on Scandal, was a front-runner early on, even over Clinton’s real-life competition, Bernie Sandersand Kanye West (who famously said at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards that he would run in 2020). When Goldwyn was pitted against George Clooney, though, the Democratic candidate struggled to decide. “Tony could be the first term and George could be the second,” Clinton suggested.

The former secretary of State was also conflicted when Clooney went up against Leonardo DiCaprio, but with the help of the audience, she picked the Revenant star (but also said she would prefer a split term).

Later, Beyoncé popped up on screen and Clinton said she definitely approves. “I really believe in making lemonade out of lemons,” she quipped, referencing the pop star’s latest visual album, Lemonade. Beyoncé beat out Drake and even Chewbacca Mom, although Clinton remarked, “I would like Chewbacca Mom around because she made everybody laugh.” However, Beyoncé just couldn’t fare against Michelle Obama. “She’d be great,” Clinton said of the first lady. “Talk about somebody well prepared.”

DeGeneres brought up the possibility of Clinton’s daughter, Chelsea. “She’s slightly old enough, but she’s my main support system, so I think I’ll keep her there. Keep her on the side,” the likely Democratic nominee said.

In the end, no one could beat out DeGeneres. “I already offered it to you. You turned it down,” Clinton said.
