Food Network star Beau MacMillan was arrested in Arizona on Sunday for an outstanding warrant, according to the Scottsdale Arizona News.
The chef, who hosts the cable network's Worst Cooks in America series, was stopped for a routine traffic violation -- for failing to come to a complete stop at a red light -- when police discovered he had failed to appear at a Feb. 2 court date.
The court date was scheduled because, back in January, he was caught by a traffic camera for violations including driving with a suspended license. However, he told TMZ the arrest was a misunderstanding and that he didn't know about the court date because he never received a ticket in the mail because he recently changed addresses.
He added that he was in New York City filming Food Network promos during the unknown court date.
MacMillan, 38, was arrested, booked and released approximately 20 minutes later.
