Game of Crowns Stars Shelley Carbone, Vanassa Sebastian, Leha Guilmette Give Sneak Peek of New Caddy, Drama-Filled Pageant Series
There won't be bloody weddings or Jon Snow, but boy will there be cat fighting! Mrs. Pageant contestants Shelley Carbone, Vanassa Sebastian, and Leha Guilmette stopped by the Us Weekly New York offices this week to promote their new Bravo show Game of Crowns. The ladies gabbed about the pageant community, the glamour and glitz, and how losing is never an option.
"People who say they don't care whether or not they win the crown, and they're not there to win, they're lying," Sebastian said. "Everybody wants to win! No one wants to eat at loser's buffet."
Sebastian was first approached by a casting director for the series in L.A. She soon enlisted the others, but as revealed, there are rules in order to join the beauty contest. The trio point out that one has to be married and (for their benefit) accomplished business women. Most competitors are also mothers.
Sneak peek footage prove it's a long battle to the top -- and an expensive one at that. Boy trouble and restraining orders are just the beginning.
"It's an explosion of drama," Guilmette exclaimed.
Game of Crowns premieres on Sunday, July 13 on Bravo at 9 p.m. EST.
