Exclusive: Heidi and Spencer Pratt "Laughing" Over "Fake" Split

Heidi and Spencer Pratt fabricated their split in a desperate attempt to stay famous as The Hills wraps up, the new issue of Us Weekly reports.
While Heidi's rep confirms the breakup to Us ("Heidi... hopes people respect her privacy"), sources say any estrangement is about as real as Heidi's size-F breasts.

Adds another insider of the couple, who wed in April 2009, "Heidi and Spencer are laughing over it and having a blast."
Even Heidi's big sis, Holly, 26, twittered the couple are "liars."
Pal Jen Bunney -- who left the second season of The Hills after feuding with Lauren Conrad over Brody Jenner -- says she and Heidi, 23, are shopping a single-girls reality show.

"They were waiting for The Hills to be over to split. Now she doesn't have to pretend," Bunney tells Us of the duo, who originally rejected a fake divorce plot-line on The Hills.
The two are in publicity-seeking panic mode. "This breakup is the latest part of Spencer's master plan," another insider says.
So could they get back together?

"There are no plans for divorce," says a source close to the couple, and Heidi's rep confirms no papers have been filed.
And Bunney hints a reunion could happen on their show.
"That will be a big aspect of our show: How Spencer handles it," she tells Us.

If this was my daughter, I would hide and be so ashamed she behaved like this and treating her life to just make money and not have any respect for herself. She needs to grow up.
Its sad how there can be people in the world who are too obsessed with Fame & Money but cant seem to have common sense.

Hopefully these two will wise up. There's more to life than fame and money. When everything is gone you just have you, and if you can't stand that person all the money in the world isn't going to save you. Otherwise I see them offing themselves because they finally realized they weren't that important.
First of all, to truly be able to "laugh over" the fake split, a majority of people would have to believe it which most people called BS. Second, most of us are laughing at you. How completely sad your lives must be to fake a break up of a fake relationship. The only thing that I like about Spencer is at least he's smart enough to know he shouldn't reproduce. A lot of us talk sh*t about actors/actresses and singers, but at least they put in their work even if some them are less talented than others. If you want to be famous, fine. But, I think it's sad how people now can be famous for being a$$holes, dumb barbies, and reproducing. Please bring Old Hollywood where people were famous for talent and entertainment.
If I was Spencer, I would be so humiliated to know that so many people despise me. Forget the joke - no one cared enough to be fooled by it. Sadder is the fact that they are known as such fake losers.

What makes them think they are famous? Just because they think they can act oh give me break why don't they get a real job like our girl Lauren Conrad now she was what made the hills work not these wannabes.
these young people are spoiled and are hungry for fame but not enough to actually work for it, they create scenes and live as if they are in a movie and not real life, when real life hits them they will have no skills to deal with it.
