Jake Pavelka on Split: "I'm Saddened"

Jake Pavelka broke his silence Tuesday over his shocking split with Vienna Girardi.
"I'm saddened by the whole thing," he told TMZ photographers in Los Angeles. "Sometimes love just isn't enough in a relationship."

Asked about reports that Pavelka's quest for fame tore them apart, he replied: "I'm not even going to comment on that."
Despite splitting, he said he is still talking to Girardi, 24, an ex-Hooters waitress.

"No matter what happens, Vienna and I will remain friends," he said.
UsMagazine.com caught up with Pavelka, 32, early Tuesday morning, and he seemed to still be in shock over the split.
"I don't have a comment," he told Us. "I don't really know what's going on."

I didn't even notice all Jake's closed-lip kissing on The Bachelor, but that does clinch it! The guy is clearly a closet gay, out of touch with his own feelings, and yet cannot stomach a real kiss with a real woman. I think he just wanted a "beard" when he went onto "The Bachelor", and then he could not even hang onto his "beard", Vienna, because she genuinely cared about the phony cretin. Remember when that other reality show picked a dangerous sociopath as a star? Now "The Bachelor" has picked a gay man as a star and created lots of turmoil and heartache for these women. (I KNEW it, I knew it, when Jake came out in his little white shorts and sandals. He cannot even PASS for a straight guy for a second.) He picked Vienna, because she is young and naive, and he thought he could dupe her and, as all abusers do, convince her that it was all HER problem, all in HER head. The first time I saw Jake on TV I felt the gaydar going off. Then when he had his own show I knew he was a big HOMO. He picked Vienna because she would be the easiest to dump in the public eye. HE is GAY. GAY GAY GAY. Trust me it takes one to know one.
It seems that Jake just wants to be friends with all the women in his life. He said that he and Vienna will always remain friends. Well didn't he say the same thing about Tenley, Ali, Gia, etc., etc. For most, it just doesn't work out that way, especially after you dumped or hurt someone who loved you. You may become friends later, but a long time later. I wonder for how long Jake's longest relationship lasted. He's 32 y.o., maybe there's a reason he is still single. It amazes me that on the Bachelor, all he talked about was finding a wife, over and over again. Well I guess he changed his mind about that, because acting seems like the only thing he wants to do now. I don't think Jake knows what he wants or maybe he knows exactly what he wants, and doesn't care about who he hurts to get there. Maybe he went on the Bachelor just for fame. I wonder if on the Bachelorette, the only reason he went back to tell Jillian about Wes was for the same thing. I even wonder if he picked Vienna to continue in the limelight. Because she was the most hated, he knew the media would explode about his decision, and it did. It did seem like he really loved her and maybe he thought he did, but if he did, he loves fame more. So now he doesn't need her anymore. I don't believe Jake's story about the break-up. Vienna was miserable and hurt for a reason, which ultimately caused her to leave him. Her story makes more sense and is more believable. He also knows how easy it is to make people believe him, when half the country already believes she is a cheater, which is also based on rumors. Vienna is the victim. First, she went through so much abuse from the other girls in the house just for Jake. Second, the horrible media attention, lies and accusations and things that were being said about her for the whole country to hear. And now, the way she has been treated by Jake. She must have a serious amount of strengh. I really respect her and wish her all the happiness in the world.

There was nothing shocking about this. They were both looking for fame and a career in reality television. I think they rank up there with Heidi and Spencer for top jerks award.

*Shocked* LOL. I'm not surprised at all. Vienna's looks will only get her so far with a man. It looks like her true personality came out after all the "fame" they got. Now Jake lost a good woman for this chick. He should have made a better decision, but EVERYONE knew this would happen sooner or later. Love truly was blind in his case. Fame does not equal happiness.
Oh, my God! Someone please stop all of the reality programming,esp. the "love" ones. Like they're ever real!!! All these people want is fame for 15 mins. and I guess they get it. Who really cares about them, though, esp. when you know it's all a fake show masquerading as a real show? Please, cancel Kate plus 8, The Duggars, The Bachelor, etc., etc. So boring! Can we not get some good tv programs like we used to have?
