Kanye West Hits Up Kim Kardashian's Birthday Party

After premiering his "Runaway" music video in NYC, Kanye West boarded a private yacht to help Kim Kardashian celebrate turning the big 3-0 on Thursday.

Though Kardashian had already feted her birthday at Tao in Las Vegas and NYC over the weekend, West, 33, happily posed for photos with the reality star during a private party with friends and family (including sister Kourtney, Scott Disick and BFF Jonathan Cheban) on Thursday.

"Thank you so much to @LorenRidinger @JRRidinger for throwing me an amazing party on your beautiful yacht!" Kardashian tweeted afterward. "I love u sooo much!"
