Karina Smirnoff Campaigning for Keanu Reeves on DWTS

Karina Smirnoff has gotten to dance with the likes of Mario Lopez and Billy Ray Cyrus on Dancing With the Stars, but there's still one star she dreams of making her partner.

"I have always wanted to meet Keanu Reeves," Smirnoff told Usmagazine.com exclusively at the Paws for Style Fashion Show at M2 UltraLounge in NYC Monday.

The professional dancer -- who most recently competed with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak in DWTS's eighth season before being eliminated in the fourth round -- admits she has had trouble getting the 44-year-old actor on board.

"I've said it for, like, eight seasons, and it doesn't seem that he's gotten the message," she tells Us. "He hasn't responded, so I'm starting to give up."
