Comic Kathy Griffin rang in 2010 by dropping the F-bomb live on TV during CNN's New Year's Eve broadcast with anchor Anderson Cooper Thursday.

Just before midnight, Griffin and Cooper were discussing 2009's top news stories, including the October scandal involving Colorado's Richard Heene, who hatched a hoax that his 6-year-old son, Falcon, had floated away in a homemade helium balloon. (Watch a clip above)

"Fal ... Fu--ing? Falcon? How do you say it?" Griffin asked Cooper during the broadcast, fumbling the boy's name.
The chuckling anchor's response? "You're terrible," he told Griffin, who was warned not to curse on TV. "Really terrible."

I love Kathy Griffin and her witty humor. I loved her D-List show, and I always enjoyed it when her mother was on she is adorable. I saw the Movie Letting go of GOD. It is a FABULOUSLY FUNNY movie and Julie is another great female comedian.

Anderson no longer has to admit he is gay as all his giggling that night proves it. I like him, but appearing w/ Griffin did nothing for his career except make him look stupid, sort of like the last part of his show w/ Erica Hill. Anderson is best w/ serious reporting like Hurricane Katrina when he became noticed the first time. Doesn't this guy have an agent??
