The singer, 25, goes topless in a cloud of pink cotton candy in "California Gurls," released Tuesday afternoon. It's the first single off her sophomore album, due in stores Aug. 24.

In another scene, Perry dances seductively on the beach in a cupcake-adorned bra before she later straps cans of whipped cream to her breasts and sprays Snoop Dogg. Watch above.

WTF @ 3:27-3:28!?!!? Video doesn't go with the song and she is trying waaaaay too hard. I guess since lady gaga went topless in her video katy perry had to do the same.
