It's Kim Kardashian like you've never seen her before: sassy, pouty, and bound up tight in a pink figure-hugging dress!
Well, relatively speaking.
The reality starlet will take to the big screen next spring in her role as a marriage counselor in Tyler Perry's upcoming film Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor, opposite Vanessa Williams, Brandy Norwood and Friday Night Light's Jurnee Smollett.
And judging by the trailer, which was released earlier this week, Kanye West's main squeeze will have few choice lines in the movie.
As the preview reveals, the 32-year-old reality star plays Ava, a catty businesswoman who snarks at coworker Judith (Smollett) and her more conservative wardrobe.
"You have a standard to uphold," she sniffs in the trailer. "That blouse - it's telling it all."
Judith, in turn, gives Kardashian's character a once-over.
"What's wrong with my dress?" Ava demands.
"Can you breathe?" Judith shoots back.
Kardashian could hardly contain her excitement about the release of the movie trailer, blogging about it on Thursday.
"I'm so excited to reveal the trailer for the new Tyler Perry movie I am in called 'Temptation,'” she wrote. "This has been an incredible experience for me and I'm so excited for the movie to come out on March 29, 2013."
Director, writer and actor Perry first announced Kardashian's involvement in the film last November, shortly after she filed for divorce from husband Kris Humphries, and suffered some backlash for his casting choice.
"I believe that my films speak from the inside out, why wouldn't Kim Kardashian be invited into a film about Faith, Forgiveness and the healing power of God?" he responded on his blog at the time. "What is wrong with that??"
