Maks Insists He and Brandy Don't Hate Each Other

Are Brandy and Maks ready to rumba -- or rumble?
On Monday's Dancing With the Stars, Brandy, 31, bickered with Chmerkovskiy, 30, even telling him he was being "a--holish" during rehearsals.

Chmerkovskiy told UsMagazine.com he doesn't want viewers to get the wrong idea.
"We just need to make sure we show people who we really are because that package didn't show it all!" he told Us. "We know that as soon as the camera went to the next shot, we were dying laughing."

Added Brandy (who scored 21/30 for their jive), "People want the drama, and we understand that. But Maks and I know how it is. I love this guy! He was born on the same day as my brother who's my favorite person in the world. I know where he's coming from; he knows where I'm coming from. We both want to win, and we want to do a good job."

As the season progresses, "hopefully we'll be able to show everyone what we have going on," Chmerkovskiy told Us. "If the drama tonight they showed set us back a little - I'm not worried!"
