In a sneak peek from Tuesday's all-new episode of Pretty Little Liars, Emily asks BFFs Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Hanna (Ashley Benson) to join her for a group therapy session.

"I can't keep asking my friends to take care of me," she tells them. "I'm not going to be used like a bowling ball to knock down my best friends."

When the therapist interrupts to ask Emily why she feels like the "weak link," Spencer decides it's time to come clean. "Somebody has been trying to hurt us...for a long time."
