Things haven't been easy for Hanna since Allison's mysterious murder on Pretty Little Liars. In Tuesday's all-new episode, she finally decides to open up to a therapist about her friend's death.

"I've talked with a lot of people about loss," the therapist tells Hanna (played by Ashley Benson). "Sometimes it's feelings of guilt that's holding them back. Sometimes it's anger or fear. Sometimes it's all three."

Realizing that it's all of those things, Hanna looks away and mutters, "That would be really crazy, huh?"

"No, not at all. It's quite common," the therapist reassures her. "Allison is still here for you. For all of you, isn't she?"

Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. (EST) on ABC Family.
