Real NJ Housewives Sued for Bar Brawl

Champagne problems!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey are headed to court. As Us Weekly previously reported, Teresa Giudice and her crew got into a massive melee over some spilled alcohol on February 23 in the Dominican Republic.

Sources tell Us that on Monday, two lawsuits were filed against the RHONJ cast as well as against Bravo and the show's production company. The suits allege that the network intentionally encourages excessive drinking and thus increases the likelihood of violence.

"The cast got into a fight with a whole bar," a source told Us, referring to the squabble involving Giudice, her hubby Joe and Caroline Manzo's sons, Albie and Christopher, at the Hard Rock's Moon Lounge.

The drama began when Giudice accidentally sprayed champagne on patrons. "One guy started yelling at her," a witness said. "Then Joe and the Manzo boys told him to back off. That's when they all started wailing on each other."

Per Chicago Tribune .. cast members beat up and injured a Chicago-area police officer and his cousin during a brawl at a posh Dominican resort. He suffered a broken arm, blurred vision, cuts and bruises. Members of the cast "savagely beat, kicked, punched, scratched, jumped" on him and smashed glass on his head, this was after Teresa Giudice sprayed champagne at victim's mother-in-law and mocked the 53-year-old woman as she tried to wipe the alcohol from her eyes.
...SAD, I'm from Chicago where the poice officer is from, my heart goes out to him, he substained serious injuries. Just because these people are celebrities should not excuse them from any type of violence.
She is a skank.
This crew is a dam mess! And the funny thing is, NJ gets the highest ratings out of all the Housewives series. Unreal!
