In this engaging girl-meets-boy-with-Asperger's syndrome dramedy, Hugh Dancy romances a neighbor (Rose Byrne) while struggling with his illness. Some may quibble, however, that Dancy is so charming his symptoms (like an obsession with astronomy) come off as quirky ticks rather than a serious condition. (20th Century Fox, $20)
