Devious lawyer Patty Hewes (Emmy winner Glenn Close) continues to confound her adversaries and clients in the biting thriller's season three premiere. Her latest case -- help a group of investors recover money lost to a Bernie Madoff–type schemer -- is satisfying, but it's really just a side dish to this round's murder mystery (a doozy, by the way). Just one warning: There are enough flashbacks here to rival Lost! (FX, 10 P.M.)
