This new comedy about buddies in Brooklyn aims for freewheeling but winds up going nowhere. Newcomer Peter Vack charms enough as romantic Jason, who sighs in the opener after a one-night stand disappears with his jeans (hence the title). Jason's pals -- including Tina (Kim Shaw), his wild BFF and potential love interest -- are dull, however. And their antics, such as a "wacky" body-waxing incident, evoke few laughs. (MTV, 11 p.m.)
