Chelsea Handler is bringing the funny to NBC.

The 36-year-old best-selling author has adapted her second book, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea, into a scripted series starring That '70s Show star Laura Prepon (who plays a young Handler).

In the clip above, Handler guest stars as Sloane, Prepon's pregnant older sister. "When is the baby coming out?" Sloane asks while rubbing her sister's belly.

"Stop doing that!" Sloane instructs her. "That makes me have to pee and I can't use your toilet because my baby will get chlamydia."

Costarring comedian Jo Koy, ER's Angel Laketa Moore, Water for Elephants' Mark Povinelli and Rescue Me's Lenny Clarke, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea is slated to premiere next fall.
