I think he should keep his job. He didn't hit a kid, but a fat assed little Italion (that's how they spell it) who was yelling at him in his face, you go guy, I just wish I could have been there to smack her after you punched her.
I agree with Tricia, he did not punch her hard enough at all. He should have hit her again and again. Snooki is a mindless moron who reminds me of a rejected Oompa Loompa. She has no talent and she's butt ugly. The guys job should not be involved in this matter.
