When an underage Miley Cyrus hit up Hollywood hotspot Voyeur just before midnight Thursday, the 17-year-old singer proved she really can't be tamed.

"She was constantly smiling and seemed to be in great spirits," an onlooker tells UsMagazine.com, adding that Cyrus "waved her hands in the air and danced seductively while shaking her hips" to songs by David Guetta and DJ Khaled.

Still, Cyrus -- clad in tight denim shorts and a black crop top -- remained on her best behavior throughout the evening.
"It was clear she knew she was being watched by others," the source says, adding that Cyrus and her girlfriends were flanked by a security guard at all times. "No alcohol was in her presence the entire night."

By 1:30 Friday morning, the Last Song actress and her friends decided to call it a night.
"Miley looked care-free and let loose with the girls," the source tells Us. "She looked happy and seemed to be taking advantage of her time out in the club."

This girl should be in high school for God's sake. Where are her parents, the people who are supposed to teach her right from wrong? Not setting very good examples for their young daughter I would think. She may not be drinking now, but she has way too much freedom and is bound to end up living way to fast way too soon.

wow! had a good laugh this morning...the posted comments are sometimes way better than the actual "story" on here! I find it sad that A. this is news considering she was dressed like any other teenager wanting to go dancing/out w/the girls, B. it is surprising that she wasn't drinking - maybe that is THE news since it seems many young stars enjoy the same perks of adults C. why is that a problem? as long as she's not drinking, who cares. And yes,young adults will wear whatever they want. And worse if their parents are uptight like some naive people posting here.
Any club that serves booze shouldn't even allow a teenie in the club. Jail bait and all that. This is the next Lindsay and Britney.
I bet if they blurred her face and had a poll of "Streetwalker or Starlet" more than 50% would have voted "Streetwalker". It's so hard to tell nowadays with the way girls/women dress.

Miley Cyrus is the least photogenic star i think not being a hater go to college focus on something besides herself. we all went to clubs when we were underage with bandsto dance fun....but time marches on and so study something and she usually actually does not usually look in tone but the body of someone taking birth control pills and she looks tormentedby paparazzit sadly. whatever.
i get tired of people defending this girl and saying everyone did this at 17. not every one did this at 17. some of us were actually mature at 17 and didn't bother with such things. and if other 17 year olds do it it still doesn't make it right. that's like saying well lots of people drink and drive so we should let lindsay and paris off the hook.
Two wrongs don't make a right. Just because the club let her in doesn't mean it is okay. They should be investigated for allowing that. I am sorry, three wrongs, where the heck are her parents?? Someone needs to step up here and put a stop to this before she does crash and burn..

I don't see anything wrong with her going to a club/party once in a while. We all did that at 17. Sheesh. She seems to have a good head on her shoulder and I'm sure is able to make responsible decisions. Everyone needs to chill a bit. ANNNNDDDD a lot of the times the 21+ clubs have teen nights. Maybe that's what it was. Sometimes the magazines don't print that because, quite honestly, it wouldn't get this much of a response.
