Vienna Suggests Relationship With Jake Was "Broken"

Vienna Girardi is getting deep about her split from Bachelor Jake Pavelka.
Early Wednesday morning, she Twittered: "Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it is better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together." Anonymous

The new Us Weekly (on newsstands now) reports that Girardi, a 24-year-old ex-Hooters waitress, dumped Pavelka, 32, over the phone after planting tiny kisses on Greek actor Gregory Michaels at PacSun's Summer Solstice Beach Ballyhoo June 20 in Santa Monica. An eyewitness at the event tells Us Weekly: "They were all over each other." (In a Twitter post Tuesday, she denied cheating on Pavelka.)

Speaking to photographers Tuesday, the forlorn reality star blurted, "I'm saddened by the whole thing."

As the article said, "SHOCKING!" And as most of us who watched the show already knew "NOT!!!!!!" Love this line about Jake: "He realized he couldn't be blinded by love anymore." LOVE?!?!?!?!?! How about twat?! (OOPS...I meant "How about 'that.' " ho ho hoo hoo, and again, ho ho :) And DUH! How about this one: "But 'there were other things' wrong in their 7-month relationship, adds the insider. She was jealous of him and did not support his career. The cheating was just the final straw." Who among us (other than Jake) couldn't see the "jealous of him and did not support his career" part coming during the show? He is an AIRLINE PILOT. He will be gone...A LOT. He will be around...OTHER WOMEN. Whatever made him think a woman who had to sneak into his bed (or his head) every five minutes wearing nothing but a shirt to be sure he was "all hers" would support a man in THAT career? And how 'bout the italicized line at the end of the article: "'She showed her true colors,' he was overheard saying on the Lifetime set." She showed ALL of her colors ON The Bachelor. The one color we ALL (except El Stupido aka Jake) knew wouldn't look good on her was "True Blue"! But I guess THAT's the kind of #!$& that keeps us all hooked. Except that may end now that they've started using the same old, tired shtick every season, like: 1) The one where everybody but the bachelor(ette) doesn't know which "contestant" already has a girl/boy "friend(s)" back at home, or... 2) The one where several others vying for "the prize" try to hint (or just plain FLY all the way back to the set to TELL...hello, Jakey?) the bachelor/ette about said "girl/boyfriend/hook-up back home. Ooooh...we just can't wait to see who'll "drop the bomb." Or... 3) The one where one of the rivals dramatically just "has to" return home because of some career crisis, then begs to come back. (Or begs to come back to humiliate himself by proposing at the very end.) Or... 4) After all the claims the producers make about carefully vetting all candidates in every possible way, mentally, psychologically, "health" aka contagious disease status, etc., at least one CERTIFIABLY CRAZY person slips by them every season. They may stop recycling that one after one of those mentally unstable people commits suicide or SUE-icide. TTFN
Both of them knew what they were after and it wasn't each other. They played the game and now their 15 minutes of fame is over and time will tell how things will turn out for each one.

Good lord, she was a nothing to look at "Hooter's waitress". I'm sure he'll get over it, though I thought they were good together because I thought BOTH of them were yucky. Eeeew.

Well, if I remember correctly, on the few Bachelor shows that I have watched, he was sleeping with most of the contestants, and their hearts were broken, as well as they were humiliated on national T.V. for sleeping with him and then being dumped. So who cares if he is saddened and heart broken? What goes around comes around. The girl is climbing up the reality show ladder to stardom. If folks like Kate can do it, I guess she figures, as I do, why not her?
