65OMG! Heidi needs a true friend. Mom and Dad need to kidnap her and take her back to CO. Heidi says on The Hills that she wants to have a baby. All her surgeries are going to alter her chances of carrying a baby, breast feeding, etc. Please no bigger breasts. I am a DD and it gets painful on the back. Your future will be headaches, back aches, bra indentations, and difficulty shopping for any clothes. I am a small person I need to shop for a size 18 and have it altered down to an eight in my torso. Believe me no bigger. You need to contact me before any more surgey. I am a natural DD and even I get laughed at. You are gonna be laughed at too. You will never find yourself in acquiring larger breasts. You will do the opposite and lose yourself. I understand the industry, but there are plenty of people beautiful with AA breasts. I am jealous of them. YOU NEED TO LISTEN. I really hope your insides do not wrip apart when you try to carry that baby you want. Think of the baby instead of your looks. You will love that more, It will be fun to acquire, it will love you back. Please take this advice and anyone that reads it get this advice to Heidi Montag ASAP. Her life could depend upon it. Privately concerned for her.
Whoever did Audrina's top lip did a great job. She had no lip before and it looks very natural. Heidi...not so natural.

She was very pretty. When she asked her mother if she thought she looked good now her mom should've been more brutally honest and said no. When they did finally show her face she was scary looking. I could not believe that any surgery could make someone so ugly. If she wanted boobs to make herself feel better I say go for it but she should've at least made them look natural. She may have done all this for Spencer but I would say that even he is thinking this is not the girl i married because even he has to see how ugly she is now and must not want to say it to her and hurt her feelings. i have not read one comment that has said she looks good now, everyone can't be wrong. I hope she see's the comments too before she gets even more and completely deforms herself. I sure don't think she has helped her career in any way. i don't see why anyone would hire her now. She had better stick with a desk job now. she will probably get more to try and fix the train wreck of a face she had caused now and i hope she realizes that they don't help and make her even uglier. Her nose looks like Michael Jacksons now. She looks even worse than he did and that's pretty bad. Spencer likes the playboy model types so it won't be long before he hits the road. They won't last a year after the show is over because he will want a young looking pretty girl which is what she once was and now she is an old looking ugly, fake piece of plastic. She does not look anything like barbie. barbie even looks more natural than her. her eye brows are the scariest thing i've ever seen. STOP HAVING SURGIES. You used to be this good christian person at least you said you were and god did not make you the way you are now. You took this beautiful girl that he made and turned her into an ugly mess. He had really blessed you with a natural beauty and you had to go and mess it up. You should be ashamed people would've given anything to look like you and now they would pray not too. god does not make mistakes, but you sure did when you tried to mess with the beautiful thing he created. you deserve to look like a piece of crap after having that many surgeries. You did not deserve the blessings he had given you. get your priorities straight and spend some more time in church1

She looks horrible after her plastic surgery. The "barbie" look has always been unattractive. I'm just glad I am not so pathetic to feel I need to do this to my body. I can't imagine the train wreck she is gonna be at 40...lol

Heidi used to be so beautiful. It's a shame she felt she had to look like a blow up doll. The worst part is she now looks like a 40 year old blow up doll. Heidi looks TWICE her age. Plus, all you can see is all her fake procedures. She's a mess. Worse than Joan River. She's right up there with 'Cat Lady.'

Most the women in CA look like fake bimbos, they think they look good, but to most people they don't. People laugh at most these women. Heidi needed a nose job, maybe some chin work. Her body is just fine, evenly proportioned. Maybe she could have gained just a little weight, as she is too thin.
You guys, be real and honest. This was NOT her best look. She looked best after she got her 1st boob/nose job. I live in L.A. so I'm kind of immune to the "barbie look". We all look like that so I don't really mind her enchanced look either. I DO admit that she went overboard on the surgeries though.
