Thanks to a probation violation related to a 2007 DUI, the 24-year-old actress was recently sentenced to 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days in rehab (she previously served 84 minutes behind bars in 2006). Her jail stint was set to begin July 20.

lindsay oh Lindsay please stay focus dont follow the wrong pathway you were once the queen of movies, and know you're just another movie star fading away the fans loved you each and every way, until you started doing drugs and drinking away late night clubing and fights, you were a out of control you even had drama, with a waitress, what happen to that nice little girl I hope you can redeem yourself, and learn from this someday, come back to Hollywood a better person ok. I think lindsay lohan looks way older then 24 she looks like she is in her late thirties to many drugs and partying and not taking care of herself.

Oh please....its DUI. Do you have any idea how many people are charged with DUI in this country every hour in this country???? If we locked everyone up we could not afford to pay the taxes it would take to feed and house them all!!!
well sorry to say but just because she has money and is an actress,does not mean she should get away with breaking the law.let her serve her full jail time and let her learn that she has to follow the law just like everyone else.
She deserves 90 years in jail. She thought she was above the law and the courts. FINALLY she is put in her place. Dina Lohan is all worried about her money machine in jail, but never cared about anyone while Lindsay was out drug and drunk driving.

Please,Stop all the Hating on Lindsay Lohan! The Media delivers a daily does of riling everyone up against her.Honestly, What is her real crime here?...that she is Bi-sexual or Gay?...that she is too talented to be using drugs and alcohol/...that her Parents will never win "Mother/Father of the year? Why is the Media so obsessed with destroying her, analyzing every move she makes, ridiculing her at every outing? Lindsay this and Lindsay that every single day! Grown People who should have more compassion (ex. Meredith Viera, and that awful Chelsea Handler)are making fun of a 24 year old former child star. Shame on them! Their own children/grandchildren should suffer the same fate. Lindsay is young and should be allowed to make mistakes without having them examined and blown out of purportion as though her mistakes are unique. The same was done to Britney and thankfully she survived her tormentors. You don't keep kicking someone when they are down. If you can't offer a hand....shut the F#^K up and leave these troubled young stars to work it out on their own without your undesired negative comments and daily disecting of their movement and choices! By the way Khloe Kardashian spent All of 3 whole hours for pretty much the same type of DUI charges...and Nicole Richie "roughed it" by serving a full 82 minutes of a 4 day sentence stemming from her DUI charges. Whose getting special treatment?...Certainly not Lindsay!

I think Lindsay shoul spend the whole 90days behind bars. She deserves every bit of it. She's just like anyone else. She would go to A A meetings with a very close friend of mine a couple of years ago and she would bring a lots of people and make a mockerey of the meeting. KEEP HER BUT THERE..... Its one less drunk on the streets.
well i guess when you have money, the laws that apply to every 1 else, do not apply to you. if any one else made the same mistakes, they would have to deal with the pack of wolves; which are the inmates in jail/prison, but of course, she gets an isolated cell and 76 days off of her sentence.its just one more way that celebs lives are not real.
