Lindsay Lohan doesn't want to report directly from jail to a 90-day jail facility as ordered by a judge, her lawyer says.
"I think it would only be fair for her to be able to spend some time with her family and that's what she'd like for me to emphasize to Judge Revel," attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Hollywood.tv outside of the Lynwood Correctional Facility, where Lohan, 24, is serving her two-week sentence.

"She's concerned. She wants to comply with the court's order… I think there's a push now for her to go directly to rehab, and we don't think that would be fair," added Holley.
Holley says that the actress is doing well behind bars.
"She's eating and drinking," she said. "She looks great."
