Kudos to ABC for bringing back this offbeat (albeit low-rated) workplace sitcom. In the premiere, Veridian Dynamics runs genetic compatibility tests on its staff and urges them to mate with one another. Ruthless Veronica (Portia de Rossi) matches with a nerdy scientist, while flirt Linda (Andrea Anders) connects with her own goofy guy (guest Taye Diggs, having a ball). Though the characters still don’t quite click as an ensemble, this is irreverent fun. (ABC, 9:30 P.M.)
