An exasperated federal agent (Tim DeKay) and a dashing ex-con (Matt Bomer) pair up to bring down high-profile crooks in this lighthearted new drama, which, despite its agreeable premise and authentic NYC locations, is muddled from the start. The leads have their individual charms, but they just don't spark as offbeat partners (the clunky dialogue and direction don't help). Meanwhile, Tiffani Thiessen is woefully miscast as DeKay's blandly chipper wife. (USA, 10 P.M.)
