  kate has been a wonderful mother ,and cares about all her eight kids ,but look at jon trying to leave when he has eight kids to take care of. OH NO!!!he only thinks about himself. so if jon & kate plus eight is not going to exist anymore i think kate ,and the kids should make their own show on TLC. P.S. who needs jon in the show?

  For all you out there who think Kate is such a wonderful caring Mom, you must be joking or maybe you need to rethink how your raising your own kids!!! Try asking yourself WHY it Jon being the parent who was the one taking care of all 8 kids while Kate was never there. When did you see Kate giving baths to the little ones? If Kate ever did the cooking or laundry, she had to complain about it the whole time or better yet yell "JON". It's soooooooooooo nice Kate is finally gone, hopefully for good!!!!!! She is such a phony!!!! TLC is really desperate if they need Kate for their ratings.

  The Finale..Kate took every shot she possibly could at Jon! Jon not once critized Kate and continued to speak of how THEY will continue to do what's best as parents for the kids while SHE did her best to put doubt on all Jon's intentions like the lemonade stand! BUT when she cooked for St. Jude...well that of course could only be for the good of the hospital NEVER could she have done anything good for PR as she accused Jon of doing! She contradicted herself as usual by saying that she would NEVER say bad things about Jon to the kids but the whole show that's all she did! Im sure it's b/c she is dying for a contract for her own show and needs the fan base to do it and even if that means taking shots at the kids father, then so be it! She is so shallow and so easy to see through! Good for you Jon! I hope you are the one who ends up with a show!!

  I love those cute little faces - am just getting into the reruns - I thought the show is adorable - they are on the whole well behaved little kids & cute as can be. I think Kate is a good mother - let any of you out there try to raise 8 kids - they have actually done a good job. Jon is a dirt bag for bailing on her but most men do when you get a bunch of kids to raise. They can't handle it - would rather date a baby 22 year old - that says it all. I don't care for the other baby shows but wish it could have gone on longer. I will watch Kate in whatever she does - don't bite the hand that feeds you & that is crazy Jon.

  I use to like the show a lot but after all the drama I quit. I would only watch it again if the cute little kids showed their faces. I know that Jon and Kate have issues just like everyone else but I think that they should have thought about that before they involved the world in their lives. Im glad that the kids got some money out of the deal so that they can go to college and live comfortable. 8 kids is a lot I only have 2 so I know its a lot of work. I just think that once the money started coming and their lives changed they realized that they really didnt want to deal with each other and other people came into the picture, it was easy , they just upgraded their life styles with what they wanted anyway. Sorry the show ended like this Sorry the kids wasnt priority. I guesse happiness wasnt Jon and Kate staying together.

  What program would be suitable for Kate without the kids in it. Doesn't TLC get it. No one wants to see her show if it will involve using the kids again to make money. The problem is that Kate to get a job and so will Jon. Jon says TV is his life. No one wants to see his face again. He has disappointed everyone as has Kate. They have both are despictable. Kate is not the only woman to raise kids on their own. Some of us w/o exploiting our children. She does not give up. TLC has encouraged her to continue exploiting the kids. I will never watch TLC again. Kate doesn't do much for the kids since all the kids are in school fulltime. The only difference is that she will have to be a mother now, cleaning, cooking and hopefully be kinder to her children. Why is it no one likes working with Kate?From what I have heard she does no know how to treat people respectfully. Jon and Kate should seek psychiatric treatment to they can come back to reality. Both live in a fantasy world and neither show concern for the kids. It appears now that the kids are lonelier now then before. Even with their time with Dad he prefers talking to media and fans. Who will take up for the kids.

  Sorry to see the show end but realize it will probably be good for the kids. Anyone who says Kate is a "b...h" is probably jealous of what a good Mom she is.

  i think if you can not say anything nice, do not say any thing. what ever is said reflects back to you the type of person you are, comes out of your mouth. Jon and Kate plus eight is an enjoyable program at least they are real people with real problems. instead of critizing learn from their mistakes. then maybe your family will be better for it.life is a lesson. i will pray for them,that they will become a family again and maybe we will be able to go back into their lives on our t.v and watch the children grow. and if we see or hear somthing we do not like we can click them off the choice is ours.but for me i love them all and hope they will be back on soon.bev

  I think it will be sad to see the show go. But if its what is best for the kids then fine. I think Kate is a wonderful mother that only wants the best for her kids. She wants them to have good opportunities that they wouldn't otherwise be able to have. I don't see anything wrong with that.

  It will be such a great day to finally have them off the air!!! Those poor kids...Jon nor Kate have put their children's needs first. Yes, the whole idea from the beginning was to show what it is like for a family of that magnitude, but the way it evolved into a dramatic soap opera, is far less appealing! Kate is a bitch who annoys the hell out of everyone who knows her...even her own family I'm sure! I hope those children can find some peace in their lives and hopefully i don't have to see Kate with her bangs flopping in her face anymore..hip hip hooray!
