The My Name is Earl star voiced the role of the villain, Syndrome, in the 2004 blockbuster. "When I saw the drawings, the big hair, I was in," he said. "You really have to put trust in the director's hands. I would just show up, read a bunch of dialogue into a microphone... and then I see the movie and there's a real, whole character there."
