Lauren Conrad, nicknamed L.C., was born and raised in Laguna Beach, California. The oldest of three children, Conrad became a teen celebrity when her life was chronicled on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach: The Real O.C. Her interest in fashion was clear on Laguna Beach and its spin-off, The Hills, now entering its extended third season, which was created to chronicle her internship at Teen Vogue and move to Los Angeles with pal Heidi Montag.

While her well-documented rollercoaster friendship with Montag has ended, 22-year-old Conrad's love life is in full bloom and frequently open to dissection by Hills viewers. This spring's bonus episodes – with Paris as a primary landscape – will find Conrad romancing new boys in the City of Lights just as she learn that her beau closer to home, Brody Jenner, has a new romance of his own.
