I read that article and she sounded like a highschool student writing an essay.
Obama IS racist. His whole campaign is about "change" and the only real difference between him and anyone else is color. He's saying "vote for me because I'm black, but hey, I'm not THAT black, so vote for me or you're racist!" Lol. And Hillary is just as bad "womens rights...!" Women have more rights than men do, just ask any man who has had to live with the pain of an ex-girlfriend aborting his unborn child. What rights do men really have? My favorite candidate is Bob Barr, he knows what America stands for, what a relief! FINALLY a GREAT man running for president!

John McCain may have endorsement of Heidi Montag, but Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have the support of their spouses, who penned exclusive first-person pieces arguing for the candidates they know best in the latest issue of Us Weekly.
Their pieces are a little under 1,000 words apiece.
Michelle Obama wrote in Us, "If I weren't married to him, I'd want a Barack Obama presidency right now — not in four or eight years, but now."

Bill Clinton wrote in Us, "I'm really proud of Hillary's
campaign – about the big goals she's setting for America and the plans she has to achieve them.
"For most of her adult life, Hillary was a public servant without a public office," he said.

I don't see how that would be so terrible given that the president ISN'T suppose to "run" this country. The people are (that's kinda why we naively call the US a "democracy.") Indeed the problem with our current administration is that the president is "running" the country instead of paying attention to the people who, you know PUT HIM THERE in the first place. Maybe if we realized that "we" actually ran the country, the problems of the past 7 years would have been curbed.
About the actual story, this sounds like a dumb idea. I think this says a lot about the state of journalism today when political spouses reach out to informed voters between stories about which of "LC's" vapid dead-behind-the-eyes castmates she hates this week.

I've been very dissatisfied with Bush's presidency, like many have. However, this year I am pleased. Obama, McCain, and Clinton are all incredible candidates. After what we've been through the past 8 years, we really can't lose. They are all intelligent, experienced, and moderate. Our country will be in good hands and I think the division between Democrats and Republicans will be able to subside a little if we look at the big picture and what each candidate is proposing.

You guys seem to forget that this woman, Obama's wife, while they were earning around a $1,000,000 a year, said up until now she was not proud to be an American. And Obama seems to refuse to acknowledge the symbol of America-our flag. That alone should tell you what kind of people they are. Further, you don't attend a pastor's sermons for 20 years and never, never catch the reverse racism that was prevalent...but I ask, as long as it isn't blacks being discriminated against it is okay for such a bias pastor to speak such hatred towards us. After all, it's the USKKK or America as he said. I do not think Obama can bring together the nation when, even now in this heated debate, any one who doesn't like him is an implied racist. And let's not forget his ties to a religion that HATES American. Heck, his stepmom grew apart from his dad because he was becomign too American. I originally started out to vote for Hilary but in this freakshow that has become the democratic race for the nomination I have switched my voter status to Republican. People need to get more edicated about the ideals of these candiates other than the color of their skin or their gender and stop listening to "I can bring change and hope"...what change? What hope? A hope for a divided nation and an open door to terrorism and higher taxes? Lastly, do not for one second forget that the ONLY reason Obama became a senator is because the guy he was up against at the last minute was a kook so of course he won. And the picture of Rev. Wright and President Clinton shaking hands at breakfast...it was one time, The Clintons were not in attendance to his sermons for 20 years like someone. I would like to ask Bill Clinton to(1) Explain his wife`s continued attendance to prayer meetings of a man, named Douglas Coe who has praised Hitler.(2) I would like Bill Clinton to explain why he got paid $800,000 to promote a trade deal with Columbia, when your wife Hillary is now saying that she does not support the trade deal. So what exactly is the truth, and how can we elect a woman, whose husband is behind the scenes working against the American people, for large amounts of money. Is it the case that if you can afford the Clintons, you can buy the Clintons. (3) I would like Bill Clinton to explain why he has received $15 Million Dollars over the past 6 years from the muslim leader of Dubai. I would like Bill Clinton to tell the American people what he did for the muslim leader of Dubai to get that $15 Million Dollars. (4) I would like Bill to tell us why Hillary Clinton has lied about Bosnia, and why it turns out that all the things she has stated as her foreign policy experience has been proven to be a lie. (I)Hillary Clinton was not there to negotiate the opening of border in macedonia to fleeing Kosavar refugees, like she says, the FACT is the border actually openned a full day before Hillary even arrived in the country. (II) Hillary Clinton told us about her trip to Bosnia, and claims she was under snipe fire as she left the plane, except the war had ended 3 months before she and her daughter, and two entertainers arrived in the Bosnia. (III) Hillary Clinton told us that she helped bring peace to Ireland, except officials who were involved in that said Hillary Clinton WAS NOT involved in any actual negotiation. LIES, LIES, LIES. Bill Clinton please tell me how are we supposed to believe Hillary Clinton when she lies so often.
10:38 -- There is a huge diffrence between Obama attending 2 meetings of this man Coe, because he was invited by another senator to it. And by the way, after finding out about this man Obama QUICKLY STOPPED going to this man's meetings,a nd never returned. THAT is a whole diffrent thing from Hillary Clinton attending Douglas Coe's prayer meetings REGULARLY from the year 1993 to 2008, knowing that this man had praised Hitler. Hillary even went as far as to praise this man Douglas Coe in her book LIVING HISTORY, which was published in 2003 (10 years after she had already known Douglas Coe, and known of his comments praising Hitler.). Hillary said she respected this man, that is what she said in her book, along with other words of praise she used for him. Hilary Clinton actually said she respected a man who she knew praised Hitler in recorded speeches. That is outrageous!!! and Hillary attending his prayer services after hearing him praise Hitler is disgraceful behaviour by Hillary Clinton.
Doug Coe is actually a good man with an incredible heart. There is a big difference between praising Hitler and praising his amazing capability to lead others (Hitler's poor character can be assessed independent of his leadership ability). Everything Doug stands for falls in opposition to hate and division.
Both Hillary and Barack, along with numerous other leaders of our country (and other countries) of all different religious and political backgrounds attend prayer meetings with Doug and his staff. Fellowship and reconciliation are the focus of these meetings.
How quick some of you are to judge...
I feel bad for you Americans, you know? I really, really like you as people but man! your politicians are pretty scarey. The USA used to be such a great country. It was the country everyone envied, everyone wished they could live in -- the place where people went to make their dreams come true. Those days are over. It sucks.
Obama is NOT anti-semetic, all the votes he has made in the senate have been PRO Isreal, and pro JEWISH, and you should know that Obama is being supported, and have been endorsed by the largest Jewish organizations in this country becauSe of his PRO Isreal, and PRO Jewish stand.
It is Hillary Clinton who regularly attends the prayer meeing of a mand named Douglas Coe, this is a man who has in recorded speeches praised HILTER. Hillary Clinton even spoke fondly of this man Douglas Coe (The man who praised HITLER) in her book called "Living History".

Half of these comments are absolutely ludicrous. Has any one thought about actually visiting the candidates web sites and reading the FACTS on all of their standings of each issue?
Because I don't know... it might help. Getting your political news from a Celebrity gossip magazine isn't a great way to go. I don't even trust the news anymore seeing as to how they all seem to be incredibly biased and never show both sides to every issue that comes about throughout this whole campaign.
Do some research from reliable sources, look at the numbers, then talk as if you know something.
ABCNEWS, NBC NEWS, FOXNEWS. ALL these news outlets had the story of Hillary Clinton and her REGULAR attendance at the prayer meetings of Douglas Coe.
Douglas Coe is a man who talked POSITIVELY of HITLER in a church setting, in prayer meetings for goodness sake!! And Hillary Clinton still chose to go this man's prayer meetings from 1993 until now, knowing what he had said, and that he had praised HITLER. Hillary even went as far as to speak warmly, to praise this man Douglas Coe in her book, that is how much she, Hillary Clinton connected with this man. That is just outrageous!
And I mean actually praised--as in "he was a great man"--as opposed to used him as an example of the power that one man can have over a group of people, which is all the ABC News story reported.
Cite me one verifiable source that says Coe praised Hitler. Not some right-wing website, an actual, respectable news source.

6:25 -- Hillary Clinton attended Douglas Coe prayer meetings, REGULARLY since 1993. Obama was invited to 2 meetings, and QUICKLY stopped going. Hillary Clinton CONTINUED going to the prayer meeting given by this man Douglas Coe from 1993, UNTIL NOW 2008.
HILLARY continued to go the prayer meetings of a man who praised HITLER, and she continued to attend his prayer meeting after he had praised HITLER, she even wrote positively of Douglas Coe in her book "Living History", which was published in 2003.
