Both kids and adults will get a kick out of this animated tale about D.J., Chowder and Jenny (voiced by Mitchel Musso, Sam Lerner and Spencer Locke, respectively), three suburban kids who become convinced that their nasty neighbor’s house is haunted. So, naturally, they try to destroy it. Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jason Lee and Nick Cannon also lend their voices to the funny Steven Spielberg–produced flick. (Sony, $29)
