· The organization Operation Smile is accusing Jessica Simpson of “turning her back” on the charity. Meanwhile, Jude Law turned his back on the Dukes of Hazzard actress at the Cannes Film Festival so that he could whisper to agent Patrick Whitesell “What's she doing here?"
· Anne Heche partied so hard at the Box with the likes of Danny Masterson and Grey's Anatomy's Kate Walsh, Justin Chambers, and Ellen Pompeo that she had to be helped out of the club in the early morning hours.
· Have Weeds Mary-Louise Parker and former Grey’s Anatomy star Jeffrey Dean Morgan called it quits after 5 months together?
· The L.A. County district attorney has thrown out the complaint of a woman who accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing more than $5,000 worth of clothing from her apartment while she was out of town.
· Filmmaker Michael Moore came to the rescue of his harshest critic, Jim Kenefick of Moorewatch.com, after Kenefick wrote about the difficulty he was having paying his ailing wife's medical bills, and anonymously donated $12,000 to cover the first year premiums.

Classic cold hearted conservative. Moore anonymously donated money and still Kenefick has to assume it's for selfish reasons. Just accept the fact that maybe, just maybe his intentions were pure. Moore's movies may seem biased but they point out how corrupt our system is and everyone wants to turn a blind eye and act like he's at fault. Wake up!

First of all she may have "donated" a van to someplace. But she won a crossfire at an event and had them exchange it for a van. So technically she only was giving away something that she had no need for or wasn't up to her standards. No $$$ came out of the self centered greedy Jess.

I agree with you Kaz. She knew she wanted a divorce when she traveled to Africa for Operation Smile over her 3rd anniversary and Nick didnt go with her. Now what has she done woth her time other than donating a van which bought her time for a little while. Times up..shake your butt for the Pussycat Dolls some more.

If you click on the link, the page six item does not say SMILE is accusing Jessia of anything. It says she was not at the event and then quotes a "spy" who makes derogatory remarks about her involvement with the organization.

Do-gooders, be warned. If you latch onto a charity to help your image, that charity will latch onto you. After all, if you expect to receive moral credit and admiration for aiding a charity, then the corollary is that you should receive blame and contempt when you in any way fail to assist that charity.

The only reason she got into that charity was to make her image appear more caring and wholesome. It was when there was all the talk about her marriage and how she seemed very conceited etc. They tried to make her look all caring by using this charity. I can't stand her. I love when celebrities donate their time, money and effort into a charity that they believe in because they can. But when they use it as an opportunity to promote a better image of themselves...that's sick and twisted. I hope she goes away for good soon. She can't sing well, her acting sucks and she is not that pretty. IMO.

Smile should be ashamed of itself bashing someone who has spent so much time helping them. I for one have lost my respect for that organization. I'm not a Jess fan, just a fan of gratitude and class and Smile showed none of either. I'll think long and hard before I send them another dime and that's a shame. The children need help and it takes so little to accomplish so much, but it won't be from me until that group apologizes to Jessica Simpson.
