Jennifer Lawrence doesn’t do “cheat days.” The 28-year-old eats what she wants, when she wants it, as she reveals in a new interview.

“I don’t like when people say, ‘I only do this or eat this,’” Lawrence tells Vogue. “Because I eat. I’m not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza.”

She continues, “I do work out more than normal because I have a certain way that I want to look, and a way that I want to fit into my clothes. I get photographed when I’m not asking for it, so there’s added pressure to look and feel your best. For me, it’s easier to put that extra effort into the gym instead of putting the extra effort into: ‘Oh no, I can’t eat that.’”

The Oscar-winning actress is still training with Kit Rich, with whom she worked to achieve a ballerina’s physique for her role in the film Red Sparrow. These days, her workout regimen involves half cardio and half Pilates, Lawrence reveals, and she uses only her body weight for resistance.

Even while filming Red Sparrow, the Dark Phoenix star didn’t stop herself from eating what she craved. “I discovered this Viennese kielbasa sausage in an uncircumcised French-bread roll, with pickle relish,” she told Vanity Fair in February. “I had that almost every day in Budapest — which you can see, because I continue to grow in the movie. Dieting is just not in the cards for me.”

Lawrence previously talked about Hollywood beauty norms in a 2016 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “I would like us to make a new normal-body type,” she told the magazine at the time. “Everybody says, ‘We love that there is somebody with a normal body!’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t feel like I have a normal body … I do Pilates every day. I eat, but I work out a lot more than a normal person. I think we’ve gotten so used to underweight that when you are a normal weight, it’s like, ‘Oh, my God, she’s curvy.’ Which is crazy. The bare minimum, just for me, would be to up the ante.”
