Don't give us a "Heart Attack," Demi! While performing in San Antonio, Texas on Friday, Sept. 19, Demi Lovato sustained an injury that left her in an arm sling.
"Welp. Looks like I won't be playing guitar, piano OR drums tonight. San Antonio… Why did you have to go and make me fall so hard for you?!! #demiworldtour," the former Disney star, 22, wrote on Facebook with a picture of her injury.
The singer's next concert is Sunday, Sept. 21 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and she has no plans to slow down because of her injury. She has 20 more tour dates left in her Demi Lovato World Tour, before her final performance in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Oct. 27.
Physical pain isn't the only trauma Lovato's been through recently. Earlier this week, she tweeted, "Just finished a meet and greet. Someone legitimately got nervous and farted on me. I guess there's a first time for everything.. Right?"
