Not the fantasy suite life! Bachelorette alum Ali Fedotowsky celebrated her recent engagement with her fiance, Kevin Manno, on Friday, Sept. 4. But unfortunately, Chris Harrison wasn’t on hand to provide champagne and a bouquet of roses.
The bride-to-be, 30, joked that the couple’s venue of choice was far from glamorous. “Celebrating our engagement at the grossest bar in town @KevinManno,” she captioned a photo via Twitter. (Manno, 32, posted the same snapshot and hilarious comment.)
Nevertheless, Fedotowsky looked delighted in the photo. The future spouses drank Blue Moon beer and kept themselves entertained by playing darts.
Fedotowsky – who appeared in Season 6 of The Bachelorette – announced the couple’s engagement on Sept. 3. "So excited to share that Kevin asked me to be his wife and I said YES!!! No actually, I screamed yes. Ha!" she wrote via Instagram. "He proposed yesterday and we had the most beautiful, magical day with our closest friends and can't wait to celebrate with family back home. Love, the future Mrs. Manno."
The couple began dating in April 2013. Following their engagement news, they dished exclusively to Us Weekly about the next chapter. "[I have] no idea when we will get married," Fedotowsky explained. "We want to start growing our little family soon, so it will either be soon or we'll have a happy, long engagement."
