Danny Cahill may have dropped 239 pounds on The Biggest Loser — but he still plans to go under the knife to lose more.
The reality show winner — who went from 430 to 191 pounds — shows off his flabby stomach on daytime TV show The Doctors (to air Friday).
"Everyone wants to know, 'What did you do with all the skin?' It's still there!" he laments in a clip seen on ETonline.com.
Armed with a marker, the doctors illustrate how they'd tighten up his bod: cutting out a triangle-shaped area of skin between his pubic bone and his belly button, and a breast lift to "tuck" the extra fat in.
They then offer Cahill the surgery for free. "We can do your tummy and your breasts at the same time!" said one of the physicians on the show, Dr. Drew Ordon.

Cahill lost the most weight in Biggest Loser history to earn the $250,000 prize on the eighth season of the ABC show.
"I'm in a daze; I'm numb," Cahill said at the time. "How could you not smile? I feel like a million bucks."
